About the Job:

• Commission-Based Position: No base salary; earnings are commission-based.
• Role: Act as the primary contact between property owners and buyers to secure favorable agreements and assist in promoting properties for sale or rent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers.
• Advertise properties using diverse marketing techniques.
• Evaluate clients’ needs and economic capabilities to offer suitable suggestions.
• Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
• Mediate transactions between sellers and buyers ensuring transparency and mutual satisfaction.
• Appraise property values through market research and past sales analysis.
• Present properties to potential buyers, addressing questions or concerns.
• Draft and complete legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate property auctions or exchanges.
• Manage and generate property listings for sale.
• Prospect for new sales inventory and transactions, including off-market opportunities.
• Collaborate with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales.
• Ability to work independently and sell effectively.
• Excellent people skills with strong negotiation abilities.
• Trustworthy, results-driven, and computer literate (basic knowledge of Mac).
• Valid RERA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.
